The first precedent was secondary education that, starting in 1972 and high school education in 1988, was offered in the afternoon section of the Jassá Institute, a school with the mission of offering the same educational quality with very low costs and students. scholarship recipients who were in a vulnerable situation and put their completion of these school levels at risk; In 2009, it was the last generation on the Jassá Institute campus, since the surrounding communities that this noble work benefited had changed and these activities no longer met the objective of serving the most disadvantaged in society, since that had favorably changed their context and improved their social situation.
In advance, a community of sisters moved to an area located on the outskirts of the city, where the lack of secondary schools was detected and with it the difficulty that primary school children had in being able to continue their studies. Thanks to many people, the building that today houses the work was built. The main problem we address is the dropout of adolescents in secondary education and the causes or psychosocial risks they face.
