About Us

We are the -Educación Teresiana - Foundation a second-level Civil Association of the Teresian Province of Mexico, member of the Company of Saint Teresa of Jesus.

Our institution nonprofits did founded 25 years ago, with the objective of contributing through the promotion of social allies and the active procurement of resources to the Well-being, Development and Permanence of the Teresian Social causes in Mexico, which aim to provide Quality Education and Community Development to girls, boys, young people and adults with limited resources, belonging to marginalized areas and in vulnerable contexts of our country.

Saint Teresa of Jesus

Currently have six Social Contribution causes, with a presence in seven States of the Republic, divided into five Educational Centers, where teaching is provided from Preschool to High School, three Community Development Centers and a University in the native people Zone, plus we have four native people Integration projects, which host productive and cultural preservation works, fighting for the conservation of rural and native people, for their rights and their material and immaterial ancestral wealth.

Through access to schooled and Open Door Education, we fight to provide the tools so that people belonging to vulnerable areas can abolish the factors that affect the dignity of human life in marginalized areas, such as educational lag, dropout school, drug addiction, domestic violence, youth gangs, material poverty, theft, teenage pregnancies, depression, low self-esteem, dissatisfaction, little or no work productivity and life vocation.

So that they can transform their lives, their reality and access the well-being and Social-Human Rights that every person, community and nation should enjoy.

Our mission has been and is possible, thanks to the invaluable support of the great Teresian Family in Mexico and the world, of Civil Society Organizations, Companies committed to their country and its environment, and of course Civil Society, one by one contributing with commitment and heart. We will never have enough words to thank so much human greatness.
